Is it Sunday afternoon already? It’s rainy, cold, and gloomy today and gravity won’t allow me to get off my couch. I did at least work out before I planted myself here.
I decided to only plan for 6 meals because one night we usually just eat leftovers. This is also the final meal plan before I start the 21 Day Sugar Detox.
Don’t let last week’s meal plan fool you, I’ve been way less than perfect this last week and it’s time to get back on track.
Monday – Crispy Italian Chicken with roasted carrots and sauteed green beans
Wednesday – Shrimp scampi over spaghetti squash
I follow these directions from The Clothes Make the Girl blog and my spaghetti squash come out PERFECT every time.
Thursday – clean out the fridge, it’s leftover night!
Friday – Paleo Pad See Ew
Saturday – Chicken Cacciatore with garden salad dressed with EVOO and fresh squeezed lemon juice
Sunday – Paleo Beef Stew
